Twin

The lovely, beautiful, fragrant, divine and near-perfect Stardust Cantata, and her ugly identical twin sister, The Other One, were able to communicate telepathically. This is how one recent telepathic conversation between the lovely, beautiful, fragrant, divine and near-perfect Stardust Cantata, and her ugly identical twin sister, The Other One, went:
                      ,                                  ,                       ?”
                                              :           ?”
                      !”
               !”
            “…?          ,                  !”
                                  ;                   ,                          ,”
                  .             ,                 ;                                    ?”
                                  -                              .

The course of inter-sibling telepathy never did run smooth, and the lovely, beautiful, fragrant, divine and near-perfect Stardust Cantata, and her ugly identical twin sister, The Other One, had so far only mastered the art of telepathically communicating one element of their communications: punctuation.
“Our conversations are like tears along a neural pathway,” suggested The Other One.
“Do you mean tears, ‘boo-hoo’? or tears as in ‘tears the paper in half’?” asked the lovely, beautiful, fragrant, divine and near-perfect Stardust Cantata.
“Tears ‘boo-hoo’; although, not so much ‘boo-hoo’ as tears of joy.”
            “Who’s tears?”
“Whose, not who’s,” retorted The Other One.
“Its’ not my fault; I’m only near-perfect.”
“Sorry, it’s just that I don’t understand how you could have worked out where semi-colons go yet you can’t get your head round apostrophes.”
            “Life is a mystery.”
            “You’re a mystery!”

Yet all they communicated was this:
                                                                                                          ,”
                                              , ‘   -    ’?                                 ’?”
                          -   ’;           ,                        -                    .”
                            ?”
                      ,           ’,”
                                 ; ’                 -            .”
                     ,
                 -                                                                                                    .”
                                       .”
                                        !”
